HOUSE RULES IN „PANSION MLIKOTA“

Welcome to „Pansion Mlikota“
With this information we want to make your stay in our pension comfortable and interesting.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT
• Every person, before entering in our pension, has to check in at the reception.
• You have to check in to 14 hours at the reception.
• You have to check out to 11 hours at the reception.

PAYING
• You have to pay your accommodation expenses on the firs day you come here – at the reception.
• You can make your payment only in cash; we don't receive credit cards.
• Every additional service, has to be paid at the reception, except when is mentioned differently.


RESTAURANT WORKING HOURS
• Breakfast from 8 to 10 hours

IN THE PENSION IS NOT ALLOWED:
• It is not allowed to take in animals, but small animals can be kept in the pension on the guests request.
• It is not allowed that visitors (who are not the guests in the pension) stay in the pension if they didn't check in at the reception.
• Visits can be held in the restaurant.It is forbiden to enter the restaurant in the bading suit, sleeping clothes or other inconvenient clothes.
• Smoking is forbiden in the rooms and in restaurant.
• After 23 hours it is not allowed to do activities wich disturb other guests (loud speeking, TV, door slapping etc.
• Guests have to pay the damage on each broken or destroyed inventory part.
• The person wich doesn't hold on the house rules can be sent out from the pension.


• All suggestions, requests and complaints on the pension can be indicated to the personel at the reception.

INFORMATION ON ADDITIONAL SERVICES IN THE PENSION
Dear guests,
It is our pleasure to wish you a warm welcome in our pension.
This are some information on additional services in our pension:

• We clean your room every day. We change the towels every day, but we don't recommend it because of the environmental protection (please don't take the towels out of the room).

• Guests can use the parking place in front of the pension.

• All information about field trips and additional happenings, can be found out at the reception.

• All rooms are air-conditioned, and warming/cooling can be adjusted.


• Services of clothes cleaning(washing) and smoothing are available.

• Delivery of groceries is also avilable. If you want us to deliver you some of the groceries, please fill out the supply paper and bring it at the reception to 22 hours, so we can bring you the ordered things in the morning.
